1. How far in your video is the required disassebly point ot be able to replace the power button?
2. When you reassebled the back cover, did you need to reapply adhesive?

Ich habe noch eine Frage zum xiaomi 13. Leider hat sich das ErsatzUSBboard auch verabschiedet. Ich glaube Salzwasser killt die Kontakte. Auf jeden Fall habe ich ein neues verbaut und dazu gleich das Lautsprechermodul, weil ich aus Versehen das weiße pulver aus dem Lautsprecher gelassen habe(diese Folie beschädigt).
Jetzt zu meiner Frage :
Beim Telefonieren über Mobilfunk hört man mich häufig nicht. Selbst wenn ich ins Mikro reinpuste hört man nur etwas das Pusten und wenn ich Glück habe danach auch meine Stimme.
Bei Anrufe per messanger apps hört man mich normal. Woran kann das liegen? Danke im voraus für jeglichen Tipp.
Ps: ich höre jederzeit meinen Anrufpartner, nur meine Stimme kommt nicht durch. Bzw mal ja mal nein. Netz Qualität sollte kein Faktor sein. Zuhause kommt der Fehler vor und gerade in Österreich auch.

gutes Video, mich hat es irgendwie ein wenig gestört das die Schrauben und alles andere so komplett durcheinander lagen 😁 vielleicht mit einer Magnetfolie anordnen wäre nice

This phone is specified with IP 68 rating. How fixable it is? I have this xiaomi 13 for two weeks now, and it feels very solid in the hand,very similar with my old mi 10t pro which is built like a tank. Nice work man. 👍👍👍👍👍

@@vengirgiremActually I still use the mi 10t pro with my work number, the xiaomi 13 is dual Sim, but I prefer to keep everything separately from my personal account.
Software support is ended for this mi 10t pro but still a great usable phone, the battery is still going strong. My wife uses the xiaomi 11t with the dimensity 1200 ultra and the performance still very good. I like the xiaomi 13 compact size, is just perfect for my hands. I like the software,
even if everyone tells me, xiaomi is bad, the software is better on samsung or iphone,but they never used a xiaomi phone. The xiaomi pad 5 is also a great tablet, my daughter is using it at school.

How do you replace the volume and power buttons?
Please, help. I mixed up the holes on Xiaomi 13 and instead of a tray, I inserted a paper clip into the 8mm microphone hole. What could I break and have I ruined the ip68 waterproofing?

Xiaomi 13 has Stereo Speaker.
In an ordinary strereo speaker phone, it must have only two speaker holes - one is at bottom of the phone (mic) and another is at top of the phone (ear speaker).
However, Xiaomi 13 has 3 speakers.
The third one is at the top (one of the four holes - beside the noise cancellation hole).
So, there are two speakers at the top right?

Hi Roland, first of all what a great video about the teardown, I do have one question tho, I accidentally stab the sim injector on the bottom mic hole, I did not feel tho that I hit something, I did some test by speaking directly through it when doing video calls and my voice seems fine, Im just worried that I damaged something inside. If the other person hear you well by a phone call, then it’s not damaged.
It can happen but the hole don’t went straight to the microphone, so all fine.

Haha, bad design I think. I have heard that people all over the world had the same experience as you (including me). Don't worry as it's a "L" shape tunnel.
All holes on smartphones have special construction that inserts can not damage something. Like bastion gate!

Ich habe an meinen xiaomi 13 den USB Anschluss irgendwie geschrottet. Ich glaube da war ein sandkorn drin oder so und ich habe die kontakte zerkratzt. Auf jeden Fall habe ich das Problem, dass ich nicht mehr ordentlich laden kann. Muss da ewig rumwackeln bis es lädt. Kann man den USB Anschluss allein irgendwo kaufen oder ist das n ganzes Board das man kaufen muss? Woher kann man so ein Teil beziehen? Grüße
How about Xiaomi 14? Specially some unit have issue lens fogging inside when using it the camera. Please make a tear down and check what is the problem why its fogging inside 😢
