The new update’s frame rate is no longer a locked 60 fps. It is now a variable rate that is closer to 30 fps like the original PSP release. Did they turn off the overclock in the PS4 emulation?
Indeed that seems to be the case so gameplay is more like psvita/pstv now. This video is just to show it is now viable for speedruns.
