  • The Grocoff family of Ann Arbor, Michigan has invested in their comfort. Their historic home, built in 1901, is the first official Net Zero Energy house in Michigan. That means the house produces more energy than the family uses. Matt Grocoff says he paid his last utility bill--ever--in March of 2011.
