OMG! So interesting! An Influencer focus seemed too intense for what I’d want to do… but UGC sounds far more scalable. I’d rather supplement my income than go full time. And obviously remote working is key! As a retiree I guess I could focus on the geriatrics industry but I’m thinking I can also look at my interests and see what opportunities might align. When a brand posts the content, they own it and will not be tagging you or mentioning you, correct? So, they're really paying you for the creation but also the ownership of it, do I have that right?
I recommend going back to your portfolio. I hire UGC Creators and if they are only offered gifted it’s either their portfolio does not showcase UGC Ad examples or their pitch did not illustrate what exactly they could do for us.

Yes! That’s the most common approach to UGC and all of that would be mentioned in the contract under “ownership” or “usage rights”😁
