@@KitKatNisa Trust me,I was in the same boat as you were back then but once you understand when to counter(and especially time your "Reflect",then he's not that hard). To make it easier for you, just look up a guide
idk if this helps, but if you're doing absent silhouette lexaeus early game, your low-level growth abilities (especially dodge roll) will have noticeably less i-frames that what you'd have at max level. if you're like me and you rely on your growth abilities to navigate the fight, do be aware of that TL;DR low level dodge roll has less i-frames
I mean, you have with Sora, Riku and Xemnas' respective Japanese voice actors: Dr. Hedo, Gamma 2 and Cell. Would not be surprised if Fumihiko Tachiki (Lexaeus in Japanese) voiced someone in Super. Donald + several other Disney characters voiced by Kou'ichi Yamadera is Japanese Beerus btw.
It's always funny to remember how on my 1st playthrough,Lexaeus was the hardest to the point where I went on Reddit to rant about how "hard" it was. When in actuality,I was just too much of a cowardly noob who refuses to learn his attacks and instead, spams Reflect 24/7 lol
old you was right, no Kingdom Hearts game ever warranted you to do any of that pattern recognition throughout the entire game until getting to one boss fight that just takes forever. Lame game design is all its really chalked up to, games are easy as piss and shouldnt warrant that kind of nonsense.
Yeah, this perfectly sums up how easily this fight falls apart once you learn to wait, see what he does, and let that Reaction Command do most of the work for you 😅
If you count the loop cheesing, this is technically not the easiest. If you don't as a regular battle, you can also cheese luxord by flying high and waiting for the timer to run out whilst doing some hit, though you still have to correctly get the desperation attack correctly
I feel like the developers didn’t really know what to do with this boss. Just this feeling. Lexaeus was way better in Chain of Memories. His different auras determining how durable he was
For lexaeus yes, the more power he has the greater his attack and damage. Take notice the quake he cause greater than before. For sora it would only affect the damage of RC
Maybe not cheating would be more impressive cuz you got hit multiple times at some point. Reason: soras face makes changed some times means you got hit but you didn't die or lose hp so yeah
This guy has an understanding of frames I will never possess
1:09 My man really just T-bagged him in midair. The level of disrespect lol 😂😂😂
"The EASIEST Data Battle in KH2" Meanwhile I'm getting whomped by Absent Silhouette Lex

This one feels like a DBZ fight, what with the power levels, Lexaus going over 9000 and sora having a "final form"

I made it my focus my first crit play through to never rely on reflect. I don’t even have the spell shortcutted lol.

@@nulllight_1396Imo you went too far in the other direction, reflect is just way too good not to have shortcutted
im surprised from the lack of protect cheesing

I'll never tire of watching Lexaeus fight. Best/coolest boss in the game.
Great work!
You're taking away Marluxia's place
Lexaeus: unga bunga me strong
Given that I just saw the Lingering Will fight I'm gonna go out on a limb and say EVERY data battle is probably easy for you.
Honestly the only one I respect
The rest can be Deleted or hacked for all i care
You so good
lexaeus being called the easiest when roxas is right there 💔
The easiest will always be Axel. That guy only has 3 attack patterns with 1 of dm move, 1 with RC and one simple attack.
Does that "Power" gauge at the top matter at all?
For lexaeus yes, the more power he has the greater his attack and damage. Take notice the quake he cause greater than before. For sora it would only affect the damage of RC
I thought the one with the book was the easiest? I completed it before even exiting olympus the first time
thats the regular version not the data version
this was wayyyy too easy especially with reflect
Ngl, this fight and Demyx are super easy
Nah demyx was hard but only cause the final part with the water clones being so strict he and vexen were the only two I struggled with

dude, that sometimes happens, even when Sora's in the middle of invincibility frames, his portrait still flinches
maybe learning about basic video game mechanics would be more impressive
reason: to not make any more stupid comments so yeah
I think you just havent played the game, at least not for long enough
