You can’t plead the fifth, when you’ve agreed to cooperate.
Yeah, it's built into the agreement, generally when you get immunity, you have to come clean because anything not apart of it they can get you for it.

Leave it to Vlad to miss a two great and interesting points about ysl’s defense team on that day. First the other defense, attorneys wanted to bring in the same motion, so the judge would also put them in jail for contempt.. the other with attorneys with enough bar association attorneys, they can have that judge removed from the case. That’s tricky because you can end up with a worse judge than you started with.

Pleading the 5th prevents you from self-incrimination. You aren't being charged. So you can't self-incriminate. So Woody can't plead the 5th because he isn't the one trial and the State can say they aren't going to charge them. They don't have to charge anyone for an admission of crime during testimony. It is done at their discretion
