So I had this experience I want to share. One day during meditation, about 5 times or 5 occasions I will come out of my body and will be looking at myself on the bed for about a few seconds and quickly get back inside, and whenever I get back into my body, there is always the strange warm sensation from my feet to my head until I stopped the meditation. Before meditation I laid supine on my bed like how we put people in coffins. Some spiritual person told me I was astral projecting but I am kind of afraid so my soul always quickly runs back into my body, so I should continue practicing. Mum can you help on this!?
