    Nice!
    Love this movie!
It's based on the short story, "The Fog Horn," written by Ray Bradbury, where a dinosaur mistook the lighthouse for one of its own kind, until he realized he was tricked, found it's a lighthouse and ended up destroying the lighthouse.

Had to be one of my favorite 1950s monster movies besides Godzilla.

NECA really needs to do a figure of this monster someday

Riscan Custom Toys is just making so much wanted stuff come true! I’ve always wanted to see a Stan Winston Godzilla figure and an articulated Rhedosaurus

Ah the one that inspired the creation of Gojira.

Fun fact: on the Rhedosaurusus face it has a red spot covering most of his face, so he mispainted that part.

Honestly. I would love to see other 3d printed classic kajiu in the 1950s-70s and some cancelled Godzilla kaijus figures. Great video review Andy

Super cool pick up Andy, especially the fact it's so articulated. I kinda like the current colors as well, I never knew it was green as I've only ever seen the black and white clips of it 😅

Damn, they got its expression down perfectly! Quite a feat considering its size.

the figure looks really nice, but i'm not entirely sold on the wire joints, especially around the legs and feet. IDK, call be old school but i prefer leg and arm joints as either hinge or ball joints.

That's not a bad figure, some small gripes from myself as Ray's unofficial apprentice, but that's the perfectionist in me so its always a creative critique more than a out spoken "Its wrong" gatekeeper. I wonder if they can be scaled up slightly, some of the details are great but other areas seem to be really washed out, and I also noticed some topology coming through the prints in the legs. Over all its a great figure and happy a super articulated figure exists in the world, BUT, considering I don't know what methods they are using to make these, I do wish it had just a little more detailing in the washed out areas so they could have got some interesting dry brushed details. Lovely job.

Very nice indeed. And to think how I racked my brain, trying to figure out what species Titannis Dougl is? Turns out he's a preteen Rhedosaurus!

I actually plan on getting two of them, both the green and the gray one. The green one will represent the male and the gray one would represent the female.

They oughta make a figure of the monster on which the Rhedosaurus is based.

I like the look of this guy, but man I'm click with 3rd party figures (due to how limited and expensive it is, as well as controversies that happened every now and then). Given how Neca borderline make 1933 Kong (albeit got some alteration, like a lankier proportion), I wonder if they'll ever do Rhedosaurus, or maybe even more old unknown kaijus. I would love to see these guys in a more mass-produced, widely released lines. Kaijus the likes of Rhedosaurus, Gorgo, Yongary, Yonggary, Pulgasari, etc. Plus, Neca had been making universal monsters, something that might be on the nicher side of the horror figure collectibles. It would be a nice comeback to the kaiju figure genre for Neca. They don't need the latest big IPs, they can cater towards the niche and old underappreciated IPs

It’s Coloring is like one of the Marine Iguanas from one of the different Islands. I heard that some of the Marine Iguanas on the different Islands are quite colorful. The Beast here should’ve been released in green. 10:26 Unless I’m not mistaking that it’s almost in the same color as the unmade 1994 version of Godzilla that was reviewed last time.

The Beast from 20,000 Fathoms was released in 1953, before Gojira which was released in 1954.

I'll never understand the obsession with so much excessive articulation. All it does is make figures look so unnatural.
