A good advice can be invaluable.
Sometimes proficient people can give us the worst advice.
Telling the difference isn't easy. It takes maturity or intuition or the combination of these two.
Imagine that this all worked out great. You clicked with these two other artists and the whole thing turned out a great success. A possible scenario.
Then this was going to be the Best career advice.
What future brings is a mystery and and it's up to us to take personal responsibility for our choices.
Truth is life gives us gains and losses. No way around that.
And it's up to us to take the losses and regroup and move on.

    thanks derek great reminder ...
you were and are the same intelligent person before & after discovering that lesson ...
you didn't know any better and couldn't see the dangers ... duh
so you had to go through it to learn that lesson ..
you had that ability to reflect and see what was working and not working ...
i too have done followed rational advice/solutions
but not pay attention to my well-being as much as i should have ...
started side-hustle but was working with business partners i didn't align with ...
monitoring our State of being ... our energy levels... our alignment to who we are
can be some of the metrics to help us steer to greater well-being 😊

A variant of the hell yeah or hell no meme. Sivers logic at its greatest. That simple thought process made many years of my life extremely wonderful. I wish I'd known about it when I was 5 years old!
I would make this a pinned video!

I've found a lot of advice to be "anti-advice" where someone tells you that you should do something, but it's really about them building themselves up, and not about helping you get what you want for yourself.
