How is it, that your government allows electric companies to run cables in such a dangerous manner? What is the need to coil up the excess and make it ugly, instead of removing the excess. Why are they not required to secure cables up high, where nobody is inndanger of electrocution. You are not cleaning up grass, it is a mess of shrubs, weeds and vines. The types of grass you seem to have growing on your footpaths is not lawn grass. You are doing a great job.
