Great calming video for the sounds for weaning babies. The only thing about this video that needed/needs to be addressed is that several of the birds need their beaks to be trimmed.
please, if you are going to get birds do your research and know what they need. Do not just get them before doing research. They need food, love, care and attention. They are not toys .Please, learn how to do the best for them .So many birds suffer because owners cannot be bothered to educate themselves. Dont be one of those people. Birds deserve better
Friday, January 26, 2018 ~~Can you imagine the feeling of flying? Imagine the wind, the sun, the freedom; imagine the whole world below you. As a child, I would dream about flying, and I envied the life of a bird soaring high in the sky. But many birds don’t get to live this life and instead lead lives of misery in cages as pets. Caged birds are either captured in the wild or bred in captivity. Both are horrible: One involves knowing what freedom was and the other never knowing a minute of it. Around the world, nearly every species of bird is kept in cages, from pigeons to parrots; people create prisons for every type of these beautiful animals. Many people buy birds not knowing of the cruelty that they will be inflicting on them and often underestimating the care that a bird needs. In the wild, birds would never leave their flock, but pet birds rarely ever have the opportunity even to see another bird for their entire lifetimes. Pet birds are often kept in cramped cages where they are unable even to stretch their wings and never know the joy of flying or the happiness of freedom. Birds in cages crave freedom and companionship and often exhibit aggressive, neurotic, and self-destructive behavior as they languish in cramped cages. Because of their seemingly bad behavior caused by their torturous conditions, people will often condemn them to living in dark corners, in basements, or on balconies, all the while locked inside of cages. Birds are known for their complex communication techniques, their beautiful feathers, and their unique intelligence, but when we cage birds, we take away their lives. Buying birds contributes to this horrible problem. Birds are meant to fly and be with their flock. If you are a bird lover, consider buying binoculars and going on bird-watching hikes or making a backyard oasis for your feathered friends. Never cage birds! It's cruel. God never created a bird to be taken out of it's homeland and caged for life, or to fly around a house. YOU are selfish to buy a bird for your entertainment. Have you no other way to entertain your SELFISH, heartless self?
God never designed horses to live in stables. God never designed cats to be kept in houses. God never designed dogs to be kept in houses. God never designed humans to live in houses. And God clearly never designed you to have a functioning brain. Fuck off.
because that's the only reason they make these videos. I agree it's annoying. All the content creators on YT are going crazy on the ads. They want to make money not tame anyone's bird.
In Peach faced [ Rosy -faced] Lovebirds [Agapornis Roseicolli ] - only females tuck the grass leaves in to their rump feathers . If you have two birds that both tuck grass in to their rump feathers to carry to the nest box you have two hens . Two males together will of course not carry grass to the nest at all . Again with Peach faced [Rosy -faced ] lovebirds - hens are dominant . When two birds are sitting on a perch together the hen will have her tail feathers displayed wide -the male tucked in . However you could also have two hens together - with the dominant hen having the splayed feathers and the less dominant hen tucked in . The grass carying test is best -i.e. observe your birds once you have put in some -washed - grass leaves or washed weeping willow branch & leaves - the hen[s] will carry the material to the nest in the rump feathers . Two hens together will mimic a pair . Going through the same cycle of -mating - sitting on eggs ,etc . But unless the birds are colony - bred and there is an unrelated male around that has mated with the two bonded hens -NO EGGS WILL HATCH . You can take the birds to an experienced lovebird breeder to check the pubic bones . I find however that this distresses them if they are untamed aviary birds . I am not sure about the other varieties of lovebird [fischer's ,masked ] as the hens usually carry the nesting material to the nest in their beaks . Observe your birds - it may be again that only the hen will carry the material to the nest . I have only bred 'Peachies' - perhaps a breeder of the white -eye ringed varieties can reply to here ... ??? I have bred lovebirds since i was a teenager , i'm now in my sixties . Unfortunately all my little buddies have now passed on . One day perhaps i will start again -with just one pair of immature birds so that i can tame them . I had a little friend when i was young that would sit on my shoulder while i walked around the neighbourhood . it would fly to a tree and then come back to me . I hope this helps . DNA testing of Lutino birds is the only reliable way. I have heard that only females strip paper and store in their feathers but this is not true. Both sexes are known to do this do DNA testing should be done if you want to be sure.

I love them so cute 💕 are they for sale
Why so many adds? As soon as birds starts to enjoying the video a loud advertising comes up and it scares the birds. Maybe a few less add??
Twin Flames~ SRA Ya I totally agree, I’m trying to tame my new love bird. Those adverts are annoying😤

I like doves but the first sounds are mainly doves. Maybe a directional mic instead of a mulit directional mic would be better.
how can u identify if the african love bird is male or female?
actually I don't know, I'm still confused, I still have to ask my friends on the matter.
You have to check their pelvic bones I think
