Greeting from Bonnie Scotland, love orchids but they always die on me , however have managed to keep last year’s ones alive after watching RUclips on their care and management, some even flower the following year although not abundant, except one, which I had potted on to a bigger pot. So have bought a few bigger pots to transplant them all hopefully they will be happier and reward me with their beautiful flowers. 😊

Eggshells: Provide calcium, helping the plant stay strong and develop good roots. Potatoes: Contain starch and minerals, promoting healthy growth. You can combine some of these or experiment to see which one works best for your orchids. If you prefer not to overcomplicate things, you can start with one natural fertilizer made from easily available ingredients and try it in small amounts to let the plant adjust. Bonjour ! 🌸 Lorsque votre orchidée a perdu toutes ses feuilles et que les racines sont endommagées, il est toujours possible de la récupérer avec de la patience. Tout d'abord, coupez les parties des racines qui sont pourries et ne gardez que les parties encore saines. Ensuite, faites tremper la plante dans de l'eau tiède (environ 20-25°C) avec un peu de stimulateur naturel de racines (comme de l'eau de coco ou de la poudre de cannelle) pendant 15 à 20 minutes. Placez-la dans un milieu bien aéré comme de la mousse de sphaigne légèrement humide ou un substrat légèrement humidifié. Assurez-vous de maintenir une forte humidité et une lumière indirecte. Avec des soins patients, des racines nouvelles peuvent pousser, suivies de nouvelles feuilles. Si vous avez besoin de plus de conseils, je suis là pour vous aider ! ❤

Bonjour ! 🌸 Lorsque votre orchidée a perdu toutes ses feuilles et que les racines sont endommagées, il est toujours possible de la récupérer avec de la patience. Tout d'abord, coupez les parties des racines qui sont pourries et ne gardez que les parties encore saines. Ensuite, faites tremper la plante dans de l'eau tiède (environ 20-25°C) avec un peu de stimulateur naturel de racines (comme de l'eau de coco ou de la poudre de cannelle) pendant 15 à 20 minutes. Placez-la dans un milieu bien aéré comme de la mousse de sphaigne légèrement humide ou un substrat légèrement humidifié. Assurez-vous de maintenir une forte humidité et une lumière indirecte. Avec des soins patients, des racines nouvelles peuvent pousser, suivies de nouvelles feuilles. Si vous avez besoin de plus de conseils, je suis là pour vous aider ! ❤
