Hello Guruji, sorry for irrelevant comment. I saw your Bajaj CT100 series, it was great. I too have the same model Bajaj CT100 1998 model, about 23 years old and the motorcycle is still really good. Compression is good but mileage is about 30-40 kmpl. Could you please suggest something, should I change the carburettor?? One more thing, I have currently dismantled the motorcycle and to remove the steering head, I need to buy a spanner to open the big nut on handle bar. Could you please tell me the size of the nut if you know it. It would be really helpful. Thank you for making such great content. Please keep making it. God bless you.
I am a mechanical engineer and I love motorcycles! You inspired me a lot to work on my motorcycle. Could you also please tell how to tighten cylinder head bolts without torque wrench. I dont do repairs as a profession and I cant afford a torque wrench.

If slide is worn out you can replace the carburetor.
