As a little boy going to perform Hajj by road from UK 55 years ago with my family, I remember having this kebab in Istanbul Bazaar. It was one of the best and tastiest kebabs I have ever eaten. One day I will travel to Istanbul again for this. IN SHAA ALLAH.

The pizzas what you eat in Turkey are not real pizzas.! The most pizzas what you eat in Turkey are made of Turkish 'kashar' cheese.! That taste is totally difference of mozzarella. And mozzarellas what you buy in Turkey are made of low quality milk (less milkfatt) The lahmacuns what you eat are not lahmacuns what it was because they make lahmacun of the most cheapest ingredients. This is true Gaziantep is the culinary capital of turkey my mother is from there and my late father was from Urfa, next to Gaziantep I grew up a very lucky boy having some of the healthiest and tastiest foods known to man.

I've eaten Lahmacun ("Turkish pizza") in Berlin many times before, but the version served in Germany is different. It has way less meat and is served with fresh salad (usually red cabbage, lettuce, onions, tomato and cucumber) and a sauce of your choice (garlic, herb or spicy sauce). You can also have it filled with döner meat, if you like. Then it is rolled up like a burrito.
Friend Lebanese says "This dish is ours". The Armenian says, "This dish is ours". The Greek says, "This dish is ours." Soon the Chinese, the Japanese, etc., etc. I wouldn't be surprised if they say "This dish is ours" Likewise, they claim the same thing for doner kebabs, baklava, Turkish delight, etc., etc.n How come there are no shops that do it in their country!
Actually it’s Syrian lahma meaning meat in Arabic. Even though I’m Turkish I know that it’s Syrian. Every country in the region has its own style of making it. But still tasty in every one of those countries.
Do they use a extra high protein whet flour for these stretchy breads? Do you have to knead a long time to get them so stretchy? Can I use ordinary yeast instead or maybe sourdough? Is it better with yeast powder? Do the water in the dough have to be luke warm?

Birde bu kadar çok yapılması bütün ürünlerin bu kadar çok olması sizce de doğru mu, görselde çamur gibi gözüküyor. Domatesten dolayı da. Bu hazırlanan harcın 1/4 yapılsa öyle pay edilse; 4 kez yapılsa, bu kadar görüntü olmaz kanımca. Çok harç hazirlayinca ürün meshurlasmiyor. Bu su oluyor. 4 kişi calistiracagina işletme 1 kişi calistiriyor. Kazanca etkileyebilir; ama iyi düşünmek gerek.
