I have a question. In this video at 1 hour 3 minutes, you are giving an example: "Can this IP communicate with this Network ID?" As an example, it is fine. But in reality, can an IP communicate with a Network ID?
For instance, 181.200.0.0 is a Network ID. Can any system (IP) communicate with a Network ID? Or can a Network ID be an IP address of a computer?

It is very clear in future recordings. First IP of any class is reserved for Network ID and Last IP is reserved for Broadcast ID .
