    Hi ,
    Just want to know if data look-up allows changing the assignment group manually? thanks
    use case:
    Conditions: Contact type = Walk-in
    Assignment group = Deskside team
    -----------------------------------------------------
    Can the desk side team re-assign the ticket to another team if i use the datalook-up rule? Thanks

      Yep. Just make sure the Run on Insert and Run on Update are UNCHECKED. Otherwise, the system will align them to the value in the Lookup Table.

    Can we use multiple matchers for this? Like I'll be using 4 fields as matchers.
