- In this video I unbox and review the new for 2022 Johnny Lightning Green Hornet Black Beauty -- with mini figures! That's right -- this Mijo exclusive release comes with mini diecast Green Hornet and Kato mini figures. This is a fantastic release and not only features new mini figures, but also includes JL's most detailed and accurate Black Beauty Imperial. This is the best Black Beauty we've ever gotten in 1/64th scale!

I just bought the “black with flames version of this iconic car” off of eBay. Its a must have.
Nice! I did an unboxing of the orange flame version a while back - it’s definitely a wild version of an already wild design!
Got mine today from Amazon, it's a great casting, it's 54 grams in weight so I used my dual manuel drag launcher and it's not a good roller it couldn't get pass 7 feet on a 9 foot track but other than that I love it.
Cool! The plastic tire Johnny Lightning cars actually do pretty well on track, but the rubber tire cars not so much ha. Still a great looking car overall though!
Awesome review! I got my pre-order of this Johnny Lightning car and figures just yesterday, and I love it! I'm so happy with the details on the Black Beauty (excellent for a scale so small...1:64), as well as the fact that the figures are diecast metal! Now if only Johnny Lightning, or whoever currently owns the rights to the 1966 Batmobile (Hint: Hot Wheels/Jada) would release a 1:64 version of the Batmobile, also with diecast Batman and Robin figures, so we could display a diorama recreating the famous foursome and the 2 cars, when the 4 characters teamed up to work on that Batman 2-part episode, that would be my dream come true!
YES!! That would be amazing! That’s such a great episode arc and the pic of the Black Beauty and the ‘66 Batmobile together is a classic scene I’d love to recreate as well! I have the Jada Adam West Batman diecast figure, but it’s much too large for the 1/64 stuff. If JL could make them identical in size and design of these GH figures, oooh boy lol

This model looks good but it is not 1:64 scale! It is smaller vs the other 1:64 ones!!! ( the 1964 Imperial Crown is such a big car, 5.8 m long and 2.03 m wide!!!)
Yeah this car is a bit smaller than “true” 1/64th scale, but is the only 1/64 scale range release of the Black Beauty there is.
@@64Wheels did Mijo Exclusive say it is a 1:64? Don't know! But this model is much smaller than the "true 1:64" one! Shame! Just a beautiful toy, not really for collectors! Autoart has made a true 1:18 of this Black Beauty Imperial!
@@64Wheels I am very inconvenient to display this car next to the other 1:64 models because it is such tiny ! So I have just measured its length. It is only 7.6 cm. 7.6 x64 = 4.86 m long only. It is only 83 % of the true length 5.78m!!! So this black beauty is about 83% of the other 1:64 scales models.
Wish the figures were to scale.
They are a little off, but I’m happy that they are metal at least. The older plastic ones weren’t the best, but the metal ones are def better. I do wish they would be more consistent with scale/sizing though.
I live in Denver I don't have an ebay account but where can I buy this Black beauty I would like to buy two or three of these

The size like a hotwheels?
Yes! The cars and figures are 1/64th scale which is the most common Hot Wheels, Matchbox, etc scale. So they will look correct with nearly any 1/64th scale car.

Ah, close enough. Most 1/64 cars aren’t exactly 1/64 as they are sized on packaging size and other factors outside of scale. It would be nice if they were scaled the same though bc it would make dioramas and comparing cars much easier!
