I think this video was taken in George Michael Selizki's home by Dave Tichenor who had the website called The International Long Hair Club circa 1995. He visited Dr Michael and I believe he had tuition from him. TILHC ceased a good few years ago and I think Dave daily died from cancer.Many apologies if my information is incorrect.
