Weems, I love old Triumphs. In the 70’s and 80’s on the Bus I used to pass one. One time I stopped and asked if the owner wanted to sell it. I made a deal but Mom and Dad said no. I bought it anyway and left it at my friend’s house.
Liking what I'm seeing. But question purchase Harbor Freight vise. I understand quick replacement was needed. Hope you buy quality 1 as soon as possible. Again I like your Vids.
Hay bud; ever since you showed me your Old Triumph motorcycle at The Door old location in Clarksville, TN; I have liked them ever since. I have always wanted a bike, and Triumph is calling me to buy one soon. Good to see that your doing well, and making a great living. Blessings to you and your family, brother. NSDQ - AIRBORNE!
Thanks for info. Love the channel. We've been playing with Triumphs since 71'. Best wishes from a bunch of old spanners from CT. And British Iron of Connecticut.RMM
@@weemsmotorco on a side note could we get a tool box tour. I aspire to be a powersports mechanic (specifically motorcycles) and since you do so much i was wondering if i could get an idea of what you use
'slick shift' , made so cops could use left hand to use radio. ps don't buy cr*p chinese vice, get a good British Record vice, even second hand will last anyone's lifetime.
this was too quick and i can't learn anything. i'm used to watching Shadetree do it twice then call Shelby then do it for a 3rd time. lol . i'm kidding Josh because i'm just as bad lmao. seriously though, how the hell did you break a vise man? its a freaking vise... i guess it proves the saying "everything can break" lol good vid
Was that vise an iron one that you bought from harbor freight? You really need to get a steel vise. I bought one from harbor freight and it hasn't broken on me yet, but I also haven't put the s*** on it yet either. Thanks for the video.

Got my Weems hat and swag pack yesterday. Looking forward to the 2nd video.
The transmission reminds me of a grandfather clock
He is so efficient
Dude the video was rad first part had to pause laughing to hard
Loved the old school gamer/pinball music.
I did the exact same thing to my vise and think I said the same thing 🤣😂
whoa - I was 60th sub on his first episode last week and now he's over 1k on subs! Amazing progress!
👍👍
Please create a video how to build from chopper back to triumph!
I love restorations!
What gear do you set your plate in when putting the tranny together. Some say 4th. Some say 1st.Whats your trick? Thanks
RMM

Interesting to see you pack the bearings with grease and not oil them as they will be running in 50wt oil when fully assembled.
Something I learned from my grandfather and was confirmed by several other old Triumph builder guys!
Broken vise sucks. A good vise isn’t cheap either. Working on stuff you use to work on stuff is one of my biggest hang ups
The perfect bike to ride to a coming out party
Im really confused by the vise braking that way
Me too!!!!

Dam those Chinese vices .Even an old Record would be better .

Dude we need to vet you a better camera, the fisheye distortion is killing me
Sorry brother! I am trying to improve with each video. Hopefully this Sundays video will keep you engaged and subscribed.

I was a HF unit. However, it had about 15 years of pressure put on it!
