Nosotros llegamos en la noche del 17 de marzo del 2023 nos tocaron habitaciones verdes preciosas reitero pero resulta que no teníamos acondicionador y crema más que unas MISERIAS de de tres centímetros y éramos dos personas y en otra habitación tres ; me pudieran decir porque no llevas tus cosas personales tuyas nosotros veníamos de diferentes Países y un HOTEL de esta CATEGORÍA no lo imaginas además se pudieron más sabanas nunca llegaron ojalá y sirva para set comentario para mejorar esa parte

Excelente hotel, hermosa decoración, habitaciones muy lindas, buen restaurante 5 estrellas.
Estuve con mi familia en el Riu en Diciembre y la atencion muy buena , la pasamos como decimos en Colombia Cheverisimo , vale la pena volver.
Estuve en Panamá y playa blanca con la familia, hermoso e inolvidable, saludos desde Colombia.
