Good Morning, I was just watching this fantastic recipe and saw some of the notes people left about the number of procedures. I am a Widow and I am taking care of my ailing mum with the help of my Brother. When I actually get a day to do something like, BAKE, the last thing I want to do is another type of Banana Bread, not to be-little it but I just get bored senseless from making the same stuff for 40+ years! I enjoy the procedures required to break up the monotony. When it turns out like this, or even Close to this Beautiful, I am Amazed & overjoyed with all the steps. I know things would have to be changed because we cannot have nuts unless they are Ground. I still Love the Hazelnut flavor so either I will make my own Hazelnut butter and add that to the chocolate or add the Jarred Hazelnut Spread. The only reason for NOT using the jar of Hazelnut spread is I don’t know how the types of chocolates would work together. Probably a dumb idea but I have had different types of chocolates mixed and their really is a difference in taste and not always pleasant. And so , I just decided that I will indeed brown the Nuts in a skillet over med/low temp until I can smell the Delicious aroma. Let them cool then crush them up in my Food Processor to a paste. Then put it in the fridge for just a bit. When ready to complete the cake, I melt the chocolate and add the nut paste and of course taste test, maybe a touch or so of Salt then Pour the Brown Gold on top evenly trying to keep my Tongue out of the way during the Pour! No promises! OM Goodness, Baking Day has got to be soon! Thank You for this wonderful Recipe! I will give it my best of intentions, Jill

The flourless chocolate cake is very soft. You can see that when I was rolling it, I couldn't even pick it up, it was very fragile. When you eat it, remember to keep it at room temperature for a while. Because it has a lot of cocoa butter, it is hard when refrigerated.

If you don't want to watch on your laptop get a notepad and pen and write them down. It's easy enough. This is good for Xmas time I think. Low carb version replaces sugar with erythritol and I won’t feel deprived of chocolate. Yumm.

Es su peso. Utilizo una balanza de cocina electrónica y es mucho más preciso preparar materiales con unidades de peso que con volúmenes.
