I tried UN for a while but decided to stick with Orc - I was already getting "too old" for real tourney-style play and that's what bnet & friends were playing at that time unless we agreed to allow a build up in general - on a huge map - and go for fully teched & leveled hero(s) - which can be fun.
Dreadlord is underrated hero, specially carrion swarm (which is most OP aoe skill in game) lvl 2 carrion swarm can 1 cast kill wisps lvl 3 almost kill peasants/peons/acolytes, if you stack up caster items, it's pretty OP.
Having lvl 3 carrion swarm benifits you more than having lvl 3 unholy aura, by late game you'd have second hero as DK with aura so np. Just make sure you get boots of speed or it's gonna be pain in the ass.
If purple needed help so bad. Why not ping on the screen instead (when the action is starting and not when you are losing) of flaming and leaving halfway. Not only is he a noob but a inconsiderate jerk aswell. Sadly there are so many of these players on RTS online. Wether it's aoe, ee, redalert, ts or wc3.

Damn good bit of WC3 - thanks for upping - Purple was UN for God's sake and ...damn I'm rusty (been years and lots of patches/etc) but I would think Undead of all races is the one with little excuse to come get some - aside from that it's killer creative gameplay (and I like seeing people that don't quit as soon as a tower rush is seen - we all hate Tower Rushes but it's not the end of the game, right? - liked seeing Firelord Merc grabbed asap and used to the utmost extent. Friggin Water Elementals seem overpowered, I'm not "current" so take all this with a grain of salt instead of technical rebuttal - I think I'd choose this language over any others I've heard- love hearing even peasants use it much less that Firelord who sounds badass. A trifle of a notion I know but I'd switch over. "Yes. me Lord did grind on my nerves eventually over the years even though I always played Orc or Undead. Some Nelf when feeling trippy- can't blame a guy for going nelf a bit when stoned. I'm too old to play but still do - even if it's just AI - especially since Bnet is so full of hackers- I should just hack and play minus Fog of War they do. I kinda like no Fog in some respects. There's not point here, but I'll make one: This game (even were it not patched/updated), like most Blizzard games, stands the test of time like a motherfucker. Dreadlord is good, yes but in team games you want unholy aura, it's a must, otherwise you are severely handicapped since undead regen sucks.

Unholy aura lvl 2 is enough the mobility is realy worth, also you need healing T1 and only DK have healing in T1
