1) Why wasn't a police report filed after Megan left a baby in the house alone? That is definitely neglect and quite possibly child endangerment.
2) Why wasn't Megan reported as missing when no one could get in contact with her?
3) When it became obvious that she was gone and not coming back, why didn't op contact a lawyer to get soul custody then?
4) Why didn't op contact a lawyer the second Megan walked out after turning up the first time?
