I want to challenge you all to start working out everyday. Do what you can, start small. If you are a parent, Try to spend a little more time with you kids doing projects and having fun... Im no expert on anything but I will share my experiences along the way!!!

I realize you are still a work in progress, but we all are. I just wanted to let you know that you are looking visibly healthier. You're also sounding healthier. Sometimes, it's okay if people just follow along with you. There journey may be different, seeing you keep up with your goals helps them keep up with theirs. Please stress that goals don't have to be huge. You start with little goals, those are the big changes that are being aimed at. Also, don't get down on yourself if you have a hiccup in your daily schedule, goals. It happens to everyone. Shake off the negative self talk, and get back on schedule. ❤😊
Liver and onions over jasmine rice is a favorite of mine. I know a lot of people hate liver. I also wanted to mention, all the weight I have on me (190 lbs.) if I started working out like that, I'd be pumped in no time lol.

It’s good to do it the way you are. I worked out all my life keeping MS at bay. Doing sets are the way to get strong and not hurt yourself. I’m 65 now and having an MS attack. We just built a new home and i changed 2 guest rooms into a gym/den. I need to try and work out again.

I have tried several of Shilohs recipes. My family loved the rice and onion soup dish a few months back. Going to try today’s chicken recipe. You married very well, Al! (And so did you, Shiloh!)

I enjoy watching you and your family doing things together. I really enjoy doing things with my family, even though I live alone. I have three grown children and 6 grandchildren, number 7 is due any day now! Anytime I can spend time with them I do. Just enjoy your children as much as you possibly can. My oldest son has four boys and he acts like he never gets a break. I told him that one day he will miss these times, but he doesn’t believe me. Children grow up so fast! Spend as much time as you can with them. ❤️

Al consider doing some stretching before and after exercising. It's great you are keeping up with a routine of exercising. Another way to get stronger abs is, when you sit hold your stomache muscles in and when you get up do the same. Before you know it you'll be where you wish to be. Keep up the good work. 😊
Great video. Awesome steps and attitude. You asked what to do with your hands during lunges. It is about posture, some options are hands on your hips, hold a straight stick across your shoulders like you would doing squats, or light weights in your hands to keep your shoulders back and your hd facing forward. I usually look at the top of the wall on the opposite side of the room. You can also hold a ball between your hands and against your chest. Focus on your balance over the depth of the lunge, and then go deeper one posture and balance stay tight. I hope this helps.

My husband was really skinny & then joined the marines and kept losing more weight running & working out. But then he started eating liver & no one else wanted to eat liver and they gave it all to him & he started gaining weight & muscle.. He still works out to this day & will not eat anymore liver... lol 😂I think you are definitely doing a great job! Stay Hydrated to keep everything working good and so you don’t get muscle cramps in that Florida heat... Family time is wonderful ❤ Bless you and your family ❤️

I recently was diagnosed with nafld with f2 fibrosis. My biggest challenge is finding foods that I can eat. Stay strong and keep on pushing.
Great job, Al! Suggestion on the leg lunges. Use a small weight, like a 2 lb dumbell in each hand to start. As you progress you can add weight. Awesome work, though. 😊

Recipe dinner suggestion for Shiloh: Can you make Chicken Stir Fry? 😋😊Great workout, Al. I've worked out on and off my entire life. Not hard, though. I was consistent from age 49 to age 54. I always did planks but could never hold for more than 18 SECONDS!! LOL!! By 54 I became my mom's caregiver until her passing a year later in 2020. I still work out, but not like I used to. Thanks for the motivation and inspiration. Can the kids make little Dinosaur Shoes with Play-Doh? 🦖👟👟

If I was you I’d check with your well guy and see what you can add to your system to get rid of that greenness. It doesn’t even look drinkable. Good luck with your exercise workouts.
That last set of chair push ups looked 🤭rough you did it though. I was told to stretch after each repetition to help with muscle,i don't know. Maybe that's after running. Good workout take your time,do what you can. Love to Shiloh and the kids🙏.
