Well how cool! So, I played bass on this (its a Drop Trio song). I was the founding bassist of Drop Trio from 2002-2005, and this was a pretty cool honor for us, after Solange saw us perform in Htown one random day. Nice to see this song posted out here - thanks. Enjoy!

Why do people feel the need to bash Beyonce in order to appreciate Solange.. They are distinct people. And I'm sure that she gets tired of people drawing comparisons, even when it's in support of her.. One doesn't have to be bad in order for the other to be good.

She really know what is The meaning oft creating musik essence. She write her musik by herself and also for beyoncé solange is amazing. In this time we Miss The real musik i can proudly say she is one oft The singers who put musik Into The right light. I Mike that her Songs are really longer then 3 minutes.
Solange Knowles is so indescribable to me. Everybody wants her to come out like Beyoncé, but to me her music is too good for the public. Only people who really recognize true music will have a connection with her. Everybody doesn't understand the TRUE essence of TRUE music. Besides she also writes some of Beyoncé's songs. That tells so much on its own. Not to compare them, but Solange just has different (quality) to me. Both of them I love though and both are obviously successful.
well said i feel the same....the music she makes is unique and very real to me. i definitely have a connection with her music and hopes she continues on makin it. although she is underrated, she should know there are ppl like us who really love and appreciate the kind of music she makes.

Re:@ macy mac// i agree with you on so many levels sweetheart you deserve a cyber high five & hug along with a kiss team solange is one of my favorite artist amongst many other strong female artist that are still in the game but her style of music is so dope as well as her fashion sense which i must say very creative and unique although i do admire & respect her sister team beyonce's awesome artistry as well.

I don't want to judge, but Solange is real...compared to Beyonce...does that make sense? Don't get me wrong, I love me some Beyonce, but Solange has got a real, pure vibe. Like she stays true to herself and doesn't try to change who she is; how she was born. Kind of reminds me of me and my sister. My sister does everything she can to be "mainstream" while I stay and do me.
