- Round 2 of the Global Rallycross Championship at the Charlotte Motor Speedway on ESPN2. Featuring drivers such as Marcus Gronholm, Travis Pastrana, Ken Block and Tanner Foust.
Can't wait til the X Games round which Loeb will be competing in. It will be very interesting. Not sure how he'll cope with other cars. Marcus said it was for him to get use to.

Great to see Grönholm in action, eating away his competitors!! But props to Tanner Foust, in his last jump, he hurt his back and the cars were so hot inside because of those 3 starts. That's why Foust could even make the final jump.

You don't need to win to get sponsors; you just need to get seen. How many views has the Gymkhana series gotten? Yeah, that's why he has sponsors.
Still wish NASCAR would let the boys dirty the track up though.

thats how most games are dude. hence the need for sponsors to take the weight of the outlay for the cars. the cash goes to the person. the win is for brand recognition.

well the thing is, is that rally has big jumps but they dont have huge world record jumps and rallycross dosent have big jumps either

launch control helps the car take off faster. it cuts down on wheelspin, and gets the car to set off at incredible speed.

the most dominant cars in rallycross were a few vauxhalls the ford RS200 and the odd few times lancia delta
lancia being the only one not english
the ford RS200 if English before you babble on the parts were built in England (most likely by cosworth) and the body was built by reliant making it more English then american
Faust is a really good driver but besides him all the others are just not up to par with Gronholm.
Dirt 3 is the best rally and rallycross game ;)
