Several videos on YT for Saab 9-2 strut replacement, I watched yours to see if you had figured out where that washer goes, you put it on top of the bearing with the nut, which is what I assume as well to be the right place. The alternative being under the bearing, which interestingly enough the washer seats perfectly there, so that's why I was wondering if the top was correct or not. Either way, I'm doing the job today, and I'm putting it on top.
Thanks for the message, yeah I did a bit of research and I couldn’t find anywhere that states which side it goes. I’ve had it on the car and had no weird noises and if anything my suspension creeks from the worn bushing is gone. Hopefully, you choose the right way whichever it is 😅 good luck buddy!
