Great review Armin, I'm a Malaysian myself and I'd love for my country's craftsmen to continue improving and advancing their craft. Keep it up Zakaria!
Safety first. That is always a wise decision. I was injured once when a bow snapped on me, so this video is a good reminder of how much stored energy there is in a bow's limbs. Safety first. Good call there.
3:19 If you look back at the footage, the first hawk bow seems to have a strange bump straight away. It's easier to see it from our perspective as we are further away. 3:23 as well.
Too bad. They look awesome. Especially that extenden handle. But Armin please, don't put spoilers in the thumbnail. All I could focus on during the video is when the bow would break 😂
Good call Safety first not worth getting injured. a few months back you had one explode on you when testing on the same tree. I was still amazed you did not get hurt on that. That was scary. Good eye in finding the issue fast.
To bad territai was an awesome bow. I wonder if they got damaged in shipping. Maybe package got damaged the way they were packed both bows were bound together. Maybe next te my friend. Thanks for reviewing bows that most of the world would never know they were there. Gives all bowyer's a chance!
@@Daylon91 after this bowyer's debut bow the Territai he definitely knows how to build yes the dented limbs were caused by shooting but the core of both bows tightly packed together and only package taped from Malaysia. There extremely rough on all packages at every package delivery service in the world. Core damage is quite easy to occur! Especially on the edge of limbs the parcel did take what 2.5 months to arrive! But maybe it was a bad glue up! I hope he tries again I really like seeing bows made by bowyer's you never here of.
@@ArminHirmer i think that clamp is not balance.. Some too tie, some not.. And in laminate bows, that is big trouble.. But in fiberglass bows, that not is big problem.. Oh,btw, your bows is just waiting to put iron for takedown.. But i am still in rest now.. Recovery my body.. Please be patient.. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Good looking bow actually, a bit remind me like vegh curve. btw i know rajawali is mean eagle, but i dont know what is kiambang mean? Its not common word in Indonesia
Those who make bows have an obligation to the safety of those using and buying them ....I mean what are these bows made for ...wall hangers because they aren't safe to shoot

A fiberglass backed bow doesn't explode like a selfbow.
My bow was also coated with fiberglass. It still broke (explode). It even broke in two.

Yep, you can see it in the upper limb.
A very tactful review of potentially dangerous bows. Kia mihi.
Nice looking bows, I guess in development which actually is really interesting , would be great to see how that gets fixed etc.
What good looking Bows sadly not finish for shooting but when he do better I think this are very nice Bows 😉
It's good you notist, now they can fix the mistake, that's why your so good at your job I'm sure the maker will correct the mustake
What I heard it that the bow makes passed away

Those bows are not tiller properly, I agree with you 100%, too bad I was hoping I was going to be good
Hi Armin. Did the Teratai have any problems afterwards?
No, this one still works

nice bows.good review.
Wouldn't it make sense to have the handle extension on the belly side of bow instead of backing to be similar to Living Arrow bow handle?
Depends on the shape of the bow, in this case it makes sense as it is
could you do a review on the old scythian bow by grozer
When I can get my hands on one
Mr Armin, i got info that the bowyer, Mr Zakaria already pass away a few month ago.

Bow cantik,,tp ada pat kena perkemaskan lg,,jika x di tempat yg ada lekuk 2 tekanan n bebanan kuat di situ bila menarik string,,,

Dented limbs were from shooting the bow not transport

The clamping of the limbs during the build was not even
Pretty intense review was on the edge of my seat the whole time lol too bad the bows aren't ready. But you live and you learn
Your means that bows is not 100% in good condition???
the limbs are very uneven and look almost dented
I've never seen bows dent like that b4...looks sketchy.

A pretty bow that doesn't shoot isn't really a bow.
What a shame, they looked and sounded great too.. :s
Looks promising except for the sharp bend...
We can really see some weak spot in both of them. Very wise Armin to stop the review. (M.G.,Qc., Canada)
Must of sucked for the bowyer : yes I’m gonna get recognized...nope

We call that a Hinge. Not good.
Very uncool
I would never buy any of them 👎🏻👎🏻
