Hey you should watch the omakes that are on the end of the chapter, THEY'RE NOT SPOILER just informative clips of the episode or funny clips, just 30 seconds long. Watchin sometimes they have little details that are missed on the episode. By the way the power of the shinigamis is call spiritual pressure or riatsu is like the Ki on dragon ball.
I was wondering if you go back and watch Bleach in dub like you do One Piece?

his just in his baby state even in the manga his not Beast HIS DEMON
I used to think his stomach wraps were to lower his stamina, through restricting his breathing.
Kenpachi is the only captain in the entirety of the soul society to not know the name of his zanpakuto. The fact he's still so powerful, in spite of such a huge handicap, is insane.

No, actually. I probably should. I know some things which I can't talk about here, since spoilers, but if you're suggesting I'm wrong in what I said there? I wouldn't be surprised if I was.
Kenpachi may just be the most notable of the captains to not know their zanpakuto's name.

@David Hernandez Oh, I know. The last arc they animated was the filler, 'Full Bringer' arc. Which, while not as bad as you'd think, doesn't live up to what happens in that last arc, which I won't name.
I don't wanna spoil it, after all. And the name of the arc may be considered a spoiler.
There was a channel on here that sort of animated the last chapter of the manga, essentially took the manga and did it like action comics do sometimes, except eith the entirety of the ark. Gotta say though, it's legit
To say that Kenpachi is an absolute beast of a monster is an understatement.

I love how ichigo quite literally died in this arc. It’s sick how they kill the main character and bring him back so casually in the second arc. And it’s not even bullshit, there is great reason for it

I wonder where she's watching this for the subtitles to be saying "spirit force". Never heard that in my life. To be fair, rejatsu being called spirit force does make sense, but it sounds like a mouthful, especially since it's going to be used as often as "chakra" in Naruto.

That attack was from yhwach’s power, who without trying effortlessly almost killed kenpachi

even Ichigo have no chance at his strongest, Ichigo do get a few hit in but only because Yhwach was do it on purpose and we see that he could end the fight from the beginning if he open his eye
@@hikarihakai1285 yeah neither kenpachi or yhwach were at their strongest but kenpachi would still get annihilated by yhwach at that point. There were some sternritter stronger than bankai kenpachi even. Though he does get way stronger. At this point kenpachi yachiru can effortlessly kill him over and over, yet he does and up stronger than her but that difference still doesn't make up for the difference between him and the strongest in verse. His bankai can cut space itself though so he's like the weakest of the strongest

You really should check later the Rock Musicals Bleach. As you can tell, they're stage musicals telling the story of Bleach with great actors and amazing live songs. There are many of them, and they go until the end of the Soul Society Arc. You can find it here on RUclips, it's really good!
Just to summarize how insanely strong kenpachi is:
-he uses his eyepatch to get rid of some of his own energy, because he's too strong otherwise
-he doesn't even know his swords name, therefore can't even give it its first form, which is something normally everyone can do
-he's wielding his sword with only one hand
And despite all of those restrictions, he still managed to become a captain, which is something that only the strongest can become. Let that sink in.
Kenpachi is a beast, the most awesome character. I am waiting for the next series very much

I loved these episodes when I first saw them. The episode you almost ended at was SUCH a cliffhanger back in the day and I loved every second of these episodes, the Kenpachi fight is one of my favourites.

And thus the shounen power creep commences. Although I have to admit that those sudden powerups also tend to be the most hype parts of a series, this included :D
It's funny to think that Ichigo would've have been sliced in half like cheese had Kenpachi used his other hand on that final slash.

Zaraki Kenpachi is my second favourite swordfighter of all animes I watched. He is a true badass. First plays goes to Shin Natsume from the Tenjo Tenge Manga tho.

So he learned the true name of his zanpaktou and now is able to use it's more because they are closer. So he has the same sword zangetsu... he can just use it more efficiently. Btw everybody has an inner world(spirit realm) with a spirit which is their zanpaktou

if you listen closly in the back ground when kenpachi powers up, you can hear his blade screaming until they clash. His blade wants nothing more then to fight with him and yet he never tried to hear it.
