KEY TO GOLDBLUM’S UNIQUE ENERGY: 5:00 - “…in fact I feel on the threshold of more self possession.” We must unlock Self Possession. Remember that phrasing. To witness the self so fully to no longer need to witness it, you simply understand it and drive it. You don’t just enjoy the ride, you are the ride. This is the way.✨
Years of making sure he never looks into the camera. Those quick glances into the lens seemed to go against his gut, but he pulled it off. Love this man and his work so much. I dont know anyone in real life with close to his charisma or whatever word could get closer to decribe such an interesting character.
He's so sing-songy.. as if somebody's playing with the volume and the tempo. Dude is prolly the calmest guest, I love jeff so much.. been a fan for years
Putting Cage and Goldblum together would result in at least a Face/Off level of awesome. On the other hand, I'm afraid how the universe will react to such an event
He does! He sounds like an ADHDer who doesn't feel the pressure to just get on with a story or get to the point or stick to a point. He just unmasks and unleashes Goldblum brain and us unapologetic about it.
I thought Jeff could only play Jeff, but he did a movie about being a holocaust survivor and he was immersed in the part. To be honest I never rated him as an actor (I rated him as a Goldblum 10/10 and would always watch a Jeff film) until I saw him transform in that film.
My ex gf from the late nineties told me a story about meeting Jeff in a hotel when she was like sixteen? she said he was exactly like he is in Jurassic Park, kind of a cool laid back guy who over-analyses everything and everyone, but with a charismatic vibe
Just rewatched tonight, THE BIG CHILL 1983. Must see. Jeff is part of an extraordinary ensemble cast. He’s wonderful, no surprise. Don’t forget Hunger Games. Luv ya Jeff 💙 ~~ from 🇺🇸
if drinking 25 yo smooth oak barrel aged whiskey on a single ice ball whilst beautiful relaxing jazz playing was playing simultaneously was a person ,Jeff Goldblum is that
The Closest to Goldblum style wise is Shatner, but Goldblum tends to me slightly more vulnerable and thus more endearing. Few do weird as well as Jeff can.
Dude's definitely high all the time. I know because I live with a nerve damaged right shoulder so I am usually high all the time. It's become background clutter for his mind but it's there and you can tell by the way his mind works, and the way he thinks and some of the quirks he has.
I actually think he's got ADHD (As do I, hence seeing the signs in Jeff too). But if so, he could well be on stimulants for it, so yeah kinda high I guess. All guess work of course, not sure if he officially has an ADHD diagnosis.
Oh lord bang on. I've never thought of him as an ADHDer until this interview for some reason. But he just lets his brain unmask and feels no pressure to bother with the point of anything. He just lets loose and rolls with the brain thinking 🥰
I've been watching a bunch of videos with Jeff talking and talking and talking in the last few days, and I couldn't help but think that the way he speaks reminds me of us ADHDers. So I wonder if he's one of us :) Also I aspire to become as free and proud of my uniqueness as he is. I recently got diagnosed and I realized I've been masking my whole life without even knowing it, it's been exhausting. He's my role model now 💕
Love love love Jeff I remember him with Ben verine with series black foot and gum shoe hope I said it right wonderful actor as well as a good person also loved him in Mr.frost
Check out...if you can find it... his film called Mister Frost. A film he did like 30 years ago, where he plays an evil/sinister character. Doesn't look like it was ever re-released after HD arrived, just old VHS and Laserdisk versions exist from around that time. At least I couldn't find anything released recently, yet. I saw it on TV years ago, and I think I remember it being pretty good. Wasn't his usual sort of part. You can watch it in dreadful ultra-lo-res on some sites though.
Yikes, nevermind. Watched the first half hour online, no matter how bad the resolution was, just to see if it was how I remembered. It aint. The guy who wrote and directed it seems to be unknown today for a reason, he's horrible. Though it was a 90's release, it reeks of late 70's cheesy (not the good kind of 70's cheesy) UK/European storytelling and execution. Felt like a low budget made-for-TV film which for some odd reason featured a major star. No wonder it never got a future Bluray release. Jeff was good though, but the film is awful poopy.
It's always impressive when publicists can take guys like this, when they were C list at best and their career was dead for a couple decades, and change the narrative to be "Oh (Jeff Goldblum or whoever it happens to be at the time)? Total legends. Oh and they're coming back, by the way." They retroactively can convince an entire generation that they were more significant than they ever remotely were.
Lol that reads as an insult. Are you a Jeff fan or no? 😆 You do make an interesting point. I'm not sure that he ever went away though did he? Appetites for celebs are ever changing, there's been quite a lot of actors making comebacks hasn't there.
If Jeff and Nic Cage were in a movie I feel like the screen would just break lol.
You wouldnt even need a Cocaine Bear in that film just set em at a diner table like a Jim Jarmouch film and let the camera roll.
This man looks and acts so youthfully, I love his personality, it beams with positivity and kindness
I agree❤
I feel like Jeff got even better as he aged with his looks and his craft (acting)
(Acting) thanks for clarifying for us this A lister is an actor 👍🏼
if he wasnt an actor he'd be a mad scientist.
Nick and Jeff should do a movie about being a DILF!!
He's not a great actor come on
@@jonjonesongasstationdickpi6179 when did I say he was great? Are you serious 🤨 like grow up
Excellent. I give this 10 Goldblums out of a possible 10 Goldblums
"I'm enjoying myself more than ever", trust me we can tell and it's so contagious.
He's so humble, he talks like he doesn't want to waste our time as if we aren't here to listen to him talk

Can you believe this man will be 70 this coming October?? Still so much energy and charisma and looks absolutely amazing too
I can’t believe that. What’s his secret. He looks great.
@@barryjones8123sleep. He likes sleep..
Jeff Goldblum is one of those people I could listen to all day and not grow bored
Jeff Goldblum & Nick Cage is a match made in heaven.Would absolutely love to see it happen.
"i got a STRANGE BUG for it-" **lights go out as universe appreciates the unintended pun of the guy who played the fly saying that**
Years of making sure he never looks into the camera. Those quick glances into the lens seemed to go against his gut, but he pulled it off. Love this man and his work so much. It's the Jazz in him
Me too❤
Putting Cage and Goldblum together would result in at least a Face/Off level of awesome.

What a fantastic guy. We should all aspire to be as gracious as Jeff
Jeff Goldblum and Nicolas Cage being in a movie together would be something special.
It's his 'thinking' before reacting that's always stood out as being a unique 'style' one of the best 👌
this is a very rare individual that whenever he talks he like touches your soul you could not feel more at ease when he tells a story
LOVE the
Jeff Goldblums!
This is Jeff Goldbluming. Yes, goldbluming is now a verb. Oft imitated but never, ever to be replicated. He's a national treasure.
Always loved Jeff.
His face, voice, body language...
Love it, one of my favorite Actors.
Still Gorgeous
Cage and Goldblum in a movie together. Now that would have been interesting lol
One of my all-time favorite persons. He's more than just an actor to me, he's a way of life.
This video needed more Jeff Goldblum.
And cowbell
he was amazing in the fly still stands the test of time
Another great addition to the LADbible minutes with series
I just love the way Jeff tells a story, his voice and animated response to the questions are just fantastic.
I'd love to spend half an hour sitting in a cafe listening to him waffling.
Jeff Goldblum is an actor's - actor a master at his craft!
Man is a national treasure and must be protected at all costs
he seems like his brain is moving at light speed. and that maybe difficult for him to say one thing at a time. amazing man.
He does! He sounds like an ADHDer who doesn't feel the pressure to just get on with a story or get to the point or stick to a point. He just unmasks and unleashes Goldblum brain and us unapologetic about it.
Superb chat. A special human.
He's lovely! Quirky and funny and humble
I thought Jeff could only play Jeff, but he did a movie about being a holocaust survivor and he was immersed in the part. To be honest I never rated him as an actor (I rated him as a Goldblum 10/10 and would always watch a Jeff film) until I saw him transform in that film.
One of my favourite actors with so much charisma and eccentricity, he seems so humble and kind.
My ex gf from the late nineties told me a story about meeting Jeff in a hotel when she was like sixteen? she said he was exactly like he is in Jurassic Park, kind of a cool laid back guy who over-analyses everything and everyone, but with a charismatic vibe
Jeff Goldblum doesn't act, acting Jeff Goldblums!
Jeff Goldblum good actor for sure
Hes cute, handsome, brilliant, sweet and such a precious human being! ❤❤❤
Got a love a Jeff interview, whenever wherever, the dude delivers like postman pat!
If i found him, i would call him 'Lioney Whitney'❤
I THINK JEFF GOLDBLUM HOLDS THE RECORD FOR THE QUICKEST ON SCREEN SOBERING UP IN INDEPENDENCE DAY
Goldblum is still sext as hell..he has aged so well..and is still so funny and witty..I love this man
So good.. Jeff is a legend.

Great interview, absolutely nailed it! Ben was the star here, nice work mate.
He was soo good in The Fly, it terrified me as a kid.
I love this man 😑🖤

trueee
Is there anyone as completely and confidently themselves as Jeff Goldblum?
Jeff goldblum is not a person, but an entity in which we all fine peace
What a fabulous gift! 🙏🙌
True legend
I have always loved his work, unique and sublime
Such a nice guy!
Knocking it out of the park with interviews ladbible
the bloopers in the beginning are just gold
I would watch Jeff's films and movies anytime. I love myself some Jeff!
This man is Immortal.
For him, he got better as he aged.
I actually thought he had died...
I love this dude he’s a rare talent
The first 16 seconds are FAN-FUCKING-TASTIC!
Great Interview 💯 / Jeff Goldblum 💯
Nick Cage and Jeff Goldblum in a movie would be fantastic!
He was hilarious in “The life aquatic”
Call of Duty Shadows of Evil the character he played was awsome
Wish I'd approached him when I saw him once outside the Old Vic Theatre back in 2009 ish I think it was, just to thank him

You guys DO realize he’s an alien visiting us like it’s a vacation, right?
THE FLY - what an INSANE movie.
I love Jeff in all his films but the tall guy is my favourite
"Choosy programmers choose GIF." Jiff, like the peanut butter.
Jeff Goldblum and Nicolas Cage in a movie together NEEDS to happen ASAP!!
a deeply gifted man
I've loved 💕😍 him since I was a kid. He's 👍😊.
💕
He's up there with David Bowie and Grace Jones being unique in one of a kind
JEFFYYYY
What it’s like having ADHD without explicitly saying so, enter Jeff Goldblum ♥️
Love him.

Saul: Man f*** Jeff Goldblum
70 years guys. I know people in their early 40's looking older than him.
That movie where Nick Cage plays Nick Cage... Pretty sure we need movie where Jeff Goldblum is Jeff Goldblum! You guys sort the rest out
such an awesome guy 🤘✌
Love love love Jeff I remember him with Ben verine with series black foot and gum shoe hope I said it right wonderful actor as well as a good person also loved him in Mr.frost

the collective soul is there to begin with its just about making sure you don't squander it or dampen it too much
the next jurassic park has no dinosaurs but they have to figure out how to open the safe without the cash flooding the entire county
Why does this only have 45k views?

The prospect of a Cage Goldblum meeting fills me with trepidation. I think the tsunami that would create would wipe out South America.
what a dude
Legend ❤️
I would love to see Jeff play some dungeons and dragons.
...Now that's chaos.
