@akeemsupreme2 Dude, you totally missed the point. This was a HIIT circuit training, you were struggling a bit with the back to back Russia wists and dumbbell to toes and your form was off. Nothing is wrong with that at all. I'm not here to attack you, all I'm saying is there are certain workouts we would be weak in because we don't do them often, just like there are strong people but they are weak in certain areas like mobility and flexibility because it's not prioritized much.
