Yey! Finally, I understood the difference. I am doing self-study in korean and the books I bought didn't really mention the difference of the High Formal forms and just used the Formal or polite forms directly. May I also ask if the Imnida or Seumnida form also apply on Present Tense? The present tenses of the verb I read on the books have these steps: 1.) Remove the Da to get verb stem 2.) Look at the last vowel of the verb stem. If 'A' or 'O' you use Ayo. For other vowels use Eoyo. So To go = Gada becomes Gayo. I am going= Jeonun Gayo And if high formal does this become "Jeonun Gamnida?" Thanks for the lessons by the way! I subscribed because I learned and love your teaching ❤
I have a question: If I want to say, for example, Serena is a student, would I say Serenassi or Serenaneun? I'm not very clear when you named it in the video. Removing that doubt, thanks for the video, I loved it!
세레나씨는 is more formal, there is a bit of distance between you and Serena by using '-씨' 세레나는 is informal, it's showing you're close to Serena or at least she is younger than you(the speaker). I'm happy to hear :) Thank you xx
Thank you very much Serena for the video❤, but may I ask Did you upload a video about object particles (markers) Cause I have searched for it and couldn’t find a video of it (from your channel)
Hi Solly, of course :) I am going to make a video about it soon ;) A video of Subject particles is also helpful to understand the object particles! It's similar in certain ways. Thank you for sharing what you need!
