hey rax how you doing my guy? on the endgame build for the Lightning Arrow Deadeye Ranger video from maxroll that you made it says that we need 95 intelligence for ball light but to get ball light you have to get the cast on shock to put it on and for the cast on shock you need 146 intelligence and for the orb of storms 151,am i missing something here?? anyone please?
is it any skill point that somehow cuts any points or something?

Hey man, because your Orb of Storms and Lightning Ball are not doing the actual damage but instead proccing your Lightning Rod, you need to have those at the minimum level in which you can get them. I think for BL it is level 8 and Cast on Shot it is 11? That is what I believe is going wrong in your case

​@@lfcalderon3780 yes but to equipped them i need intelligence 156 and 151 but on rax build says 97,i can't get those on my build if my intelligence isn't at least 151
