And I still have all of those items I bought my daughter back in the day! They’re all complete and in perfect condition! When she went out on her own, she left many things behind. She did take her Cabbage Patch Kids, her complete Care Bear collection, her Furskins, the entire Strawberry Shortcake line, Rainbow Brite and Sprite, a massive sticker collection, Monchichi, all kinds of dolls like Barbie, Michael Jackson, Donny and Marie, Charlie’s Angels, games and puzzles, and the Garbage Pail kids! I kept most of what she left behind. When her daughter came to visit, she enjoyed playing with her Mom’s childhood things. By the way, that daughter of mine will turn 50 later this year and my granddaughter just turned 19! Time sure flies! Take care, stay safe, and may God Bless You and Yours! Toni
@@tonistime9157 That's awesome! I had two younger sisters, so small parts eventually got lost and Barbies were broken. I did have several things until I lost them in a storage incident years ago. I turned 51 in September.
OMGosh! These little bags are SO adorable! I think you just gave me my idea for what to make for my life group ladies for Easter! Instead of an Easter basket, they’ll get a little “Easter bag” with goodies inside. Thank you for all of the ideas and inspiration Maymay… you are a blessing.
Fashion Plates FOREVER! I about died when they came out with the new add-on plates, I may have cried at Christmas when I got them. My all-time favorite toy, and I am convinced it's why I like stamping so much! I used to make all of my fashionistas, then write their names ~like Monique, and Celeste, and Adrienne....then kept them in a big catalog! Haha! This bag is amazing!
I loved my fashion plates. I also got the Crayola caddy when I was young. I would make Christmas cards for my family when I was 9. I will be 52 in less than a month.
I just love these purse. I made your photo album purse for a big crop I go to and won Queen of the crop. I may have to make some of these for my friends at the next crop.
I agree with alot of the comments. What a super cute idea to give for Mother's Day or for the ladies in your life. Thank you Maymay for bringing us so many awesome ideas.
Thank you for this tutorial, May May. I'm going to do this for my grandnieces for Easter. They'll love them. I'm too old to have played with Fashion Plates, but my daughter had them, and I recently purchased a set for one of my grandnieces, who is a 9yo, budding fashion designer. Nostalgia.
Tamatha was such an inspiration, your purses are just adorable. These would be cute filled with all kinds of girl stuff. Love it! Yes, I remember the fashion plates, never got to have any, but played with my friend's plates. Fun video. Hugs, Brenda

I'd like to make my granddaughter one for Easter. She will only be 16 months old then. Any suggestions for substitutions for the D-rings and brads? Thank you.

I've had to take off my wedding ring too. I even got a size larger but it still hurt. We've had our 45th Annivesary so I can't complain too much
This was a fun one to watch. Thanks!

I'm struggling a little bit with this project wish I could see where your folks were. Tried to find the blog post but it's not in the description
This is really cute and I do have bridal shower coming up, I am going to give it a try.
Hi, please can you tell me the make and name of the corner punch you used for the bottom of this fabulous bag? Many thanks. ❤
A couple years ago you made some little baskets. I.cant find the baskets
So if using the pattern side of the paper you used, which way would you put it in scoreboard for the flowers on the outside?
How heavy is the designer paper you are using for this bag? It seems like a heavier weight, like a cardstock weight would be needed.
Do sell already made
Replay-thanks
What is the finish product size?
Hi approx 7 (l) x 4.50 (t) x 3 (W) thanks
