This is all rly good advice but I recommend you do not do a kpop song since you will get compared to them and they will most likely have higher standards for kpop songs ❤
i need help, im going to do a non-kpop dance for my dance category but for my singing category, i think I’d prefer to do a kpop song but will I still pass?
@KANGHYE-RIN ofc you have a chance of passing as I said. I don't recommend you do a K-pop song for singing, but if you do, make sure it is not from the same company you are auditioning for. Goodluck! 😆

But i don't get why they compare us if we do a kpop dance, we are not trained like those idols 😢
@Having_Fun_Is_My_Job_6161 they compare more vocals than dancing, but that's why I recommend you don't do the company's song. Or they could just not like it too, for example, jyp has said many times that he doesn't like when people audition with jyp songs.
I actually wanna audition for hybe but I think it's better I if I have a training at JYP cuz they give all kind type of training and better than hybe (im not comparing but it's true)
You could put for ages too
Like I mean some dances are wild for people less then 15 ect and it makes the companies not like them

i suggest you dont. JYP has stated alot of times that they dont like people performing their own companies song.(this also goes for all other companies) i hope this help :D

you can cover a kpop song if you want to but that would make the judges compare you with the idols since your covering their song

Yea im pretty sure they do if ur a minor or under 14
yep i think well some company do that like jyp pays for ur ticket and if u get slected if you are student and not fluent in korean they will pay for ur school and stuff

yes they do jyp pays for your flight ticket and if you're under 16 they pay for your parents/guardians flight ticket too

Well if you ask me don't use jyp song for singing cuz there gonna compare u with their idols and you also know that they got training for years so I will suggest not to sing jyp song.. :)
