There are many other videos online of the Ukrainian CT SSSR program. Just look up "Украинская программа цт ссср", but the ident is only here that I know of.

Even if you disregard the FM modulation which is actually on roughly the same frequency as the PAL carrier, the color space used is different. PAL uses YUV, while SECAM uses YDbDr. SECAM can also have a 5 MHz video bandwidth, as was the case in Greece, East Germany, Africa and the Middle East. The channel bandwidth depends on the standard, B/G is 7 to 8 MHz for VHF and UHF respectively, while D/K is always 8 MHz.
PAL-N , PAL and SECAM are not compatible. Also NTSC 3.579, NTSC 4.43, SECAM-M (NTSC 3.56) and PAL-M (NTSC 3.575) that uses same freame rate are not compatible.

Если принимали из Германи, то почему есть звук? У PAL B/G (он в Германии) разнос звука от видео 5.5МГц, у нас (SECAM D/K) 6.5МГц

Это сигнал такой просто. С ФРГ сигнал принимался(если не ошыбаюсь). Телевизор тут не при чём.

Это просто был такой приём сигнала, который шёл в Германию из Украины. Он был записан на кассету, а потом оцифрован. Поэтому такое качество
