@@InsaneFrame I'm aware, I've tried the Julian mod myself. Also, not sure if clear, but the factions actually have different encounters based on which order you fight them, and the vanilla units will have special dialogues before certain ones.
I bought Chimera Squad on release day. It's a fun little distraction but I don't think it has much potential for challenge runs. Aside from "Don't Upgrade Your Weapons" I guess.
You have once again blown my mind also i know this is a different game but i just wanted to say the funniest thing i did was mod a human squadmate and *all* SPARKS in XCOM2: WoTC to be the Geth from Mass Effect (voice AND weapons too) its so funny hearing "does this unit have a soul" as they dome an advent trooper
@@InsaneFrame You can even get the Castellan Garran Crowe, a guy with a fire sword to burn the heretics in fashion. If this doesn't sound like a good run I don't know what will. Keep it up btw, your videos are awesome.
I hated how much I thought the initiative change was uniquely fun, because I was massively disappointed with the tone of the game. I wanted X-Cops Blade Runner style.
didn't know this game was a thing, I'll have to check it out. It seems like it's a lot shorter/smaller than either full XCOM game (1 or 2), but still looks like it'll be fun to play
That is a game that i see very little of, and i know it isn't very challenge rich, but it would be cool if you can think of a few. Anyway, thanks for the video

@@InsaneFrame25:53-25-55 near the tail end during the transition between the last mission and the credits it flashss for a second. Obs, riot games, XCOM, Microsoft anti-malware executable. A very standard task manager

You didn't even play the game, and went straight to Android only. Even with Julian there to take some of the heat off, I'm impressed.

Yeah I agree its good but no xcom 2 good but not great a 6/10 from me
@@InsaneFrame I'd rate it 7.5/10 but it definitely suffers from how experimental and linear the game is. Was still cool to see it on your channel!
I think the breach system was really cool and different, and being able to use aliens and hybrids in a campaign is a super cool concept

Love this game! Still prefer EU or Xcom 2, but i can't deny the breach mechanics of Chimera Squad are really fun!

Used Agent Julian mod and risky deployment I think it's called allowing androids just going straight in!
