I had a cat who used to pee all over my carpeted floors in my old apartment. I was told never to use bleach or anything containing it as it makes the smell worse. I used hot water, some vinegar, some dawn dish soap and baking sofa. Pour it on the area and leave it for like 30 minutes and then blot it or vacuum it up. Hopefully that works! That’s such a nice carpet!

The steam cleaner is so useful for so many things. I used it to clean the sliding glass door tracks and our screen door slides easier now. It's just amazing how well it works and how clean everything is
I just love watching your videos while I tackle my to do list. 💓 as far as the carpet- have you tried Folex? Also baking soda deodorizes then you gotta let it dry in the sun. It’s such a pretty rug it would be a shame to toss it
have you heard of this stuff called My Pet Peed? I would potentially say to take everything out of the room and take a black light and find exactly where the spot is. It could be on some of the toys or something and theose would need to be disinfected. Once they mark the spot, that will be the spot. Get washable puppy pads to put over the spot as well
I would have to agree the Bissell streamer is worth every penny. I bought one when they used to be like $100 and I loved it so much I burnt out the motor. Lol

Put half water and half vinegar in the rug scrubber with your normal rug cleaner. That combo works great to get cat pee out and takes the smell away, so I know it will work on dog pee as well. ~Missy~
My dogs pee on my rug too, and it smells awful. Try mixing white vinager and hot water in your rug shampooer. Also after cleaning I spray an oder removing spray that works amazing called ZorbX Odor Eliminator (non toxic). You'll never smell pee again.😊
For the carpet I swear by 2 things: Eco88. It is my favorite pet stain cleaner and it is unscented. So many of the cleaners mask odors with fragrance and you can't tell if they're really gone. For carpets that can be taken outside, and if seasons in the northeast permit, I also would recommend power washing. Blast the heck out of it and let it dry on the driveway in the sun. Between the power washing and sun bleaching it'll fix it right up.
Love my steamer. Make sure to let it cool down before you unscrew the top. One time I didn't let it cool down bc I hadn't used it in a while and didn't read directions. Burnt my hand so bad I had to sleep with ice on my hand. Good thing my face wasn't over it...that would have been horrific. Always get inspo from your videos. You remind me slow down and enjoy the process of homemaking 💜💙💚💛🧡
Use Fairy dish soap, it will remove that smell from your carpet ;) I have a cat, and he did that so many times on carpet, couch, etc, i tried literally everything, and just Fairy dishsoap worked for me :) So if it worked with my cat's "suprise" it will work on your dog's "suprise" also.
For the pee smell, if you can find the spot, try baking soda and vinegar. Put baking soda down and then pour the vinegar over the top. That might neutralize the smell.
For the freezer.. my nightmare!! I feel like it’s 90% full and I only use like 20% of what’s in there🙄 I’ve started only shipping what I’m gonna cook.. and I’m trying to be more proactive in using up everything that is my freezer over the next few weeks..
Do you find it easier to clean the sofa that way? What did you do about the top cushions? My sofa is the same fabric. I am trying to decide if i should shampoo or machine wash the covers. Thanks ❤
Try just white vinegar. My dog peed on my bed. Didn't know it till I went to bed 😮. Used the white vinegar on the pee spot. Put a towel on top of that and now it doesn't smell or have a yellow stain to it. Hope that helps ❤

Try Angry Orange spray on the play room rug. Works wonders!!!
Put the rug in the garden, rub washing up liquid/ liquid detergent, and then jet wash it. Hung it out to dry.
