Hey Matt, I get a lot of ink from Texsource. Their general purpose house ink grays are closer to Pantone 6c and Pantone 10c. Do you think it’s wise to use either one or should I lighten/darken to get closer to the Pantone 8c gray of the Wilflex ink? Thanks!
Get it as close as you can to the 8c. Will definitely help dial in those gray tones.
What do you think about FN INK's standard colors would they work with your system the same way?
They should work just fine.
I really want to get into spot process but don't know where to start, it looks pretty confusing. Do I need a RIP software to use action seps? Or RIP software in general to do spot process?
I'd recommend getting a RIP software if you're serious about screen printing. ActionSeps will create halftones and you can print them as well, but our preferred method is using a RIP.

When printing plastisol inks with actionseps do you print wet on wet?
Absolutely! Unless I'm using a fluorescent ink, in which I would print all the colors wet on wet, flash, and hit the fluorescent ink last.
What exactly is simulated process color??
And is it the same as spot process colors??
Simulated process or spot process, kinda really the same. Process uses CMYK inks to print all the colors.

I see you have the color red, is red part of cmyk printing? Or blue?
Can i use led light 50watt to burn my screen?
You can. Just take your time to dial it in.
