    Hey your killing it man! At 320 pounds myself, pushups suck it kills my wrists. I like doing girly pushups or wall pushups to take some of that pressure off!

    yall dont realize how much harder bodyweight exercises are when you weigh a lot, youre literally just lifting an extra 100-200 pounds compared to the average person when doing the same exercise.
