Hey, I think that you have to best Nova in the free road in a 1vs1 and It will appear. No event, just drive on the road and when you find Nova like drivatar you challenge her and I think you could find the car, thats It. Hope I helped you

There is /nothing/ good about her car even for free. Sorry Dubs but I'd rather pour bleach in my eyes than purposely seek it out. I just love how she calls the player's car trash basically whilst driving /that/ with RTR Mustang rims to top off the disaster. Oof.

it's basically a hypercar for free especially useful for people that only got the game and are looking for a faster car. This one is free so I really don't see the issue with it. Also if you don't want it then sell it. I don't own any of the bosses abandoned cars. They look like crap and I sell them immediately but for new people it's useful.
