Pick of the range, excluding GT models ofc! Base Carrera is even better now with upgraded breaks and gts turbos. A tune on this will be +180ps no doubt. Model T will be the sweetspot i reckon.
Generally agree, but at least the screens are still neatly incorporated into the dashboard, unlike so many other new cars that just have those ugly ultrawide displays shamelessly stuck on top of the dash 😉

I'm really curious for what the new Turbo S and GT3 models are going to be like. Will the Turbo S have a twin turbo flat six or that new single turbo hybrid drivetrain? And the GT3 has me more curious if they'll keep the same old drivetrain or change it.

992.1 all the way, the digital speedo without the bubble over it sucks, drove one and the sun just blasts into the screen idk whose idea was it to get rid of the bubble over the speedo. It has great brightness but still
Just imagine what the top spec 911 Turbo S will be like. Well over 700bhp, and if it does have the electric motor or some sort of hybrid system. Let's hope it'll be above 750bhp+
So weird that they switched the launched control sound in this new 911 from the usual ding-dong to the ding-ding-ding used for alerts like door open. Yet they kept the ding-dong sound for the traction control status alert and other alerts that use it. Other recent Porsche models (like new Panamera and Macan) still use the ding-dong sound for launch control.
Would be a lot safer if you were on a 3 lane section. Too much difference in speed to be able to stop if someone else tries to use the left lane to pass.
Is it me or the center console looks old and new at the same time? Those vents with the little wheel on the side are so weird to see in a car like this

992.1 owner here. Performance is always great, but the interior is too sleek or even.boring. I have to say there are serious quality issues with my car. Cheap materials, loose plastic parts, poor leather quality, fogging windows and on and on. Certainly no match for 200k car.
A lot of noise for almost nothing. dashboard Speed 294KPH/ Draggy GPS Real Speed 276KPH. SO 18KPH Lies. Porsches continues their Bullshits to justify the tarification by Liying to their Customers. ( Sorry for my bad english ). The car is very nice and good , no need that.

The sound is different compared to the pre facelift version. Not this high pitched on the top end an more aggressive down low. I like it.

992.1 had opf. 991.2 I think was the last model without.
