The official languages of Finland are only FInnish and Swedish. So when you are here, the officials are not required to provide services in English. Of course (most) they do, but are not required to do so. Also why to learn Finnish? Your choise of jobs widens and, most important, you will know what is going on in this country!
@@Luchispastries hi dear. First you need to secure an admission. Note that there are very few schools in Finland that gives 💯 scholarships. Most schools give between 10-60% or sometimes 80%. So yes whatever be your case you’ll have to pay the balance first before going do your interview or atleast have the money for it in your account at the time of your interview
