Me neither, but I definitely feel like I might’ve taken some of this stuff for granted as a kid. I remember a lot of it fondly and didn’t think I’d miss it so much when I’d get older. It was like having a natural high all the time. But regardless, I’m just glad it happened.

Same but my hometown were slow in restocking newer 'hip' toys and always had a small section of 90's games/movies/games and its always a pain in the ass to be gatekeeped on if im able to say i could enjoy when i indeed did.
One of good parts about being born around 2000 is that while growing up you got the best of the 1990s stuff handed down to you from relatives or sold at a highly discounted price in yard sales. Also, being born around that time you got to experience the evolution of playgrounds from a first hand perspective.
Some 2000s kids felt the same way about missing out on the 90s, and some 90s kids probably felt the same way about missing out on the 80s, etc. If you could somehow "emigrate" to the 2000s and have that be your childhood, you'd eventually start thinking another time was really the best time to be a kid, because no matter what time is your time, it's a little unsatisfying because life's generally a little unsatisfying. In order to be truly happy, you'll have to let go of your illusions, and your apparent belief that you'd be happier in the past is one of them.

That last one hits hard
You don't know how old you are until you realize and remember all these things
Those scholastic book fairs where the shit at my school, I remember writing on the desk with invisible ink pens 🤣
I got one of those pens this year and literally I wrote some of my secrets down FORGETTING OTHERS ALSO HAVE A UV PEN so I was blackmailed
I had one today
I had One too and my friends used it all up🤣
My school used to give them away, but all my school’s pens were fake and then just took normal pens and took out the ink
OMG I GOT ONE AND I WROTE ON THE LIBRARY WALL
The last one hit home HARD.

Marvelous Misty that’s how it always is for most schools but for my old school if you had a damn eraser that looked like a phone or a game controller then you were the coolest kid in the school unless if you had one of those huge fucking pencils you can’t ever sharpen cause they don’t fit inside the sharpener.
That literally sums up my 3rd grade class I miss it XD

We all have to agree that we are very lucky to be born during the very early 2000's.
I was born in 92 and the 90's and early 2000's were my childhood. THOSE were the best days. To be born in the 2000's means you're not even 20 yet and are very young.
Kansas Man damn I was born in 05 and damn I remember all of this those were the good days. Only if the world didn’t change smh.
Haley More like 15-22 year olds were the real club penguin players, we played in the mid and late 2000s.
