There are more variables such as engine capacity, compression, valve lift/duration, boost pressure, ignition advance.
But, yes, every turbocharged inline 6 with such a manifold can come really close!

Yep all the manifolds that make it sound this way are for single turbo, like the HKS T51R, T04 etc
