About This Video:
Survival at night in the snowy wild forest using only knife and deerskin.
In this video I use bushcraft skills:
- make bushcraft shelter from the wind from dry trees and spruce brances at the roots of a fallen tree,
- brake the poles with my hands between two near trees,
- make dense place made of spruce branches for a berth,
-collect firewood and kindle a fire by friction.
My equipment only is a knife and deerskin.

Though I am retired now, I was a Survival/Survival Equipment Specialist for several years. Thiis man demonstrates practical knowledge that you should take notes on. Because if you like to venture into the wilderness, you never know what can happen. If you can find it , FM1 (primary for Air force) has everything from Artic to Desert survival.
Just a knife and not the whole tool shed like everyone else does. I love it. Excellent job!

Какой холод???!!! Это разве холод???!!! Он без шапки, в какой то шкуре, которую одел непонятно для чего. Явно что на улице тепло. Даже не -15 . Для кого снимается этот контент???!!! Показать что человек может выжить в одной шкуре и с ножом? Дак не очень правдоподобно получается. Он не видел ещё наших сибирских холодов. Там бы он так не походил в одной шкуре.😂 не спорю, да красивая природа, да сделал укрытие уютное, Но!!!!! Это не выживание ,а так прогулка на легке

Ah, very nice kinda cozy. That covering of animal hide I am sure is nice and warm. When I camp I like to gather pine needles and place them on the ground where I lay. That make a comfortable, and rather soft area to lay down on. They can be kind of insulating as well. I have also made a lean-to and sheltered it all with pine boughs.

good video I carry 3 basic items on my day hikes 1) fixed blade hunting knife 2) lighter + few matches + fire starter 3) flashlight and some cordage ( small rope )

I’m wondering why he’s keeping the fur side of the deer skin away from his body? It seems to me that the fur side would trap air and therefore body heat, and the skin side would deflect wind and moisture?
