I'm open to chapter 2 - Ruth has so many life lessons for women that seems life has left us behind. Loving the Lord; walking faithfully; hoping for more. I'm excited to listen to pastors nuggets with hope and joy filling my heart. Gods way of letting me know, there is more to life then living in want; hoping that someday I too will be fulfilled.

I have colon cancer so I know I won’t find my special someone. Even with a lot of love to give it just not in the cards for me. I wish it did because being lonely is not good,
We are so sorry you are facing this illness and loneliness. Dear Father, I lift tanjathomas1628 up in prayer today. I pray for healing from colon cancer, I ask for strength during this time. I pray for wisdom and guidance to their medical team to provide the best treatment. I also ask for You to bring community into their life, surround them with people to show them love and give support to them. I pray that Your plan for their life play out, guide them down the road You have planned out, Amen.
Ready for Chapter 2. Life took a turn after the sermon “4 Ways to tell you have a Keeper”
It actually affected how I view the pastor but I took responsibility. That said, feel that I don’t ever get forgiveness through these sermons about relationships but it’s ok. I just keep taking responsibility and fault for the relationship. Maybe God will turn these messages to allow me to be receive LIFE in these messages that the past can actually be forgiven and not thrown in my face every sermon.
That said, I keep tapping in because just because the sermon makes me uncomfortable doesn’t stop me from continuing to go after the King, since he can use the broken/past/pain for his good too.
He seemed to use Paul, who was in Direct opposition for a time.

I just want to understand so I don’t take it the wrong way. What if it’s someone who doesn’t own anything works hard but still struggles an is trying to make it in life. Is that considered a man who doesn’t deserve a woman of God.
