How To Fix Apps Not Downloading on iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro, 15 Pro Max

I found that to get apps to load, I tap the app, then toggle between cellular data and wi-fi. Doesn't seem to matter which one is on or off. I tap to load, then go tap to turn on the one that is off and it loads. I just click keep clicking an app and going back and forth between the 2 and the app loads. Thank you so much for this video!
