my favorite fdoe videos to watch cause i feel you're the most health concious of bodybuilders out there right now. Have learned quite a bit of useful info over the years. Thank you!
Could you please do a TOP 5 video where you rank your tier list for carbs, proteins, and fat sources?

    @wesley!
    Questions.. and some explaining.
Did you ever tought about to eat organic?
You know The quality of food is important.. like the saying
    you’re what you eat!
    From seed to shiiiiit
In a lot of ‘regular’ food .. there is usage of alot of pesticides(root grow stoppers)(as well your growth stoppers)and more stuff for veggies and fruits..
as well and also in the meats.. they eat the regular stuff..
Like a gmo corn as food for the animals etc..
Also the way it’s produced is very important.
your body has to process it
    (Un neccasary taxes)
Energy wise there is a lot of difference ( as always you’ve to check your sources)
As well the use of microwave..
They did studies with plants with
    Water out of the tap
    Microwaves
    Cooked
    And normal
    The normal grow’d normal
The cooked less and the microwave barely..
I hope you can take a look to it..
Just want the best for you!
To be more healthier and cleaner!
    And support your succes!
    Much love!

Get into fasting or intermittent fasting. That’s the biggest hack there is for people who like eating and gain weight easily. Always been a snacker, and pretty bulky. Fasting really changed the game for me. I’m way less ‘addicted’ to food, can easily go hours without eating and I generally just feel way better. It also builds some discipline in the process.

Working from home, doing two hard workouts per week, (around ten tons volume each day) Sunday running for 7-10km, but still no change. I have to go around 1500kCal per day to see something happening, but as you know I enjoy eating.
