Followed this recipe & they were the best fluffy pancakes I've ever made! Real butter makes a huge difference. The pancaked were beautifully golden, very light and fluffy & had a rich buttery taste. If u're not using any syrup I suggest you add more sugar. Thanks diva!

The pancakes were light and fluffy and using warm syrup on top really kicked them up a notch. I can see myself modifying this recipe to add in bananas or blueberries or chocolate chips in the future. This is a great recipe to keep in my repertoire.

Gosh, I don’t remember the exact count, but I know it made quite a bit. But it also depends on the size of pancakes you make. I know I was able to turn out at least 12. But, it is now a favorite recipe of mine. And her recipe for the banana muffins and moist carrot cupcakes are also wonderful. ☺️

finally a pancake video where they don't over mix it to the point it is smooth, got to have the lumps. one thing I do differently is I use maple syrup in the wet ingredients instead of sugar in the dry.

How much apple cider did you have to mix??
1 tablespoon, and let it sit for 10 to 20 minutes before using, it will thicken up a bit and be creamy.
